Clement Pony first started music at a young age, but after several years of piano training and music theory he decided it was the right for him to start writing his own music.He first bought a Roland sequencer on which he taught himself the first basis of electronic music following the path of legendary heroes like Aphex twin or Jeff Mills.
He quickly felt that the quality of the sound was a very important factor to write a decent techno track and so he joined a sound engineering school.
While successfully learning about sound he met the guys that would later create with him the Acid Pony Club, a crew of djs and live acts.
Together with his new crew of ponies, Clement quickly found himself organizing and playing in dance bars and club all around Paris, with people like Popof, Dave the Drummer, Detroit Grand Pubahs, Djedjotronic and Heko to name a few.
Around that time Clement started djing because he wanted to add an extension to his computer-led Live Set.
But that wasn’t enough for him and his constant need for adventure had him landing in Shanghai. There he focused on his dj skills. 
He his now working on regular dj residencies in Shelter and Bar Rouge, and playing a lot in most clubs of the underground and overground scene in China including, LoGo (SH), MAO (SH), G+ (Shanghai), Chinatown (SH), Riviera Pool Party (SH), Parkyard Hotel (SH), JW Marriot (SH), , SOS Club (Hangzhou).
2010 have been already busy on the music production side. Two 4 tracks EP has been released on  american labels Soul Fuel and Editorial. His own label Disques Poney is running. You can find his releases at www.disquesponey.com.
His sound is a combination of deepest disco and the funkiest house.
